The lock also includes a round end face plate, an adjustable hook, a 45-degree hub, and 4-5/8” screw holes for installation convenience.

Included in the package are the mortise lock itself, an FPL #6 keeper/strike, and all necessary installation screws. For environments with high humidity or coastal conditions, a stainless steel version of the mortise lock is available and can be found by searching for FPL #3-45-SS.

This durable all-steel mortise lock is free from any die-cast zinc components, ensuring longevity and reliability.
